Title: Online Membership Programs Manager
Reports to: Director, Online Membership Programs
The Online Membership Manager develops and executes innovative strategies to drive revenue from and build relationships with Heritage Foundation members. Using tools like e-mail, search marketing, online advertising, social media and other non-traditional media, the Manager is responsible for marketing to donors to and potential donors to The Heritage Foundation. The Manager will use robust data and experimentation to design online programs that maximize revenue and strengthen relationships with supporters.
Experience: 4-5 years in direct marketing (online or offline) or related fields. Knowledge of direct marketing techniques, online technology, current events, and conservative thought is essential.
Communication: Excellent oral and written communication and customer service skills are essential.
Technology: Knowledge of WordPress or similar blog tools, data reporting tools like google analytics, online testing tools like Optimizely or VWO, HTML are highly desirable.
