Title: Online Membership Associate
Reports to: Director, Membership Programs
Job Summary: The Online Membership Associate develops and executes innovative strategies to raise money and build relationships with Heritage Action donors. Using tools like e-mail, search marketing, online advertising, social media and other non-traditional media, the Associate is responsible for marketing to donors and potential donors to Heritage Action. The Associate will use robust data and experimentation to design online programs that maximize revenue and strengthen relationships with supporters.
Experience: 2-3 years in direct marketing (online or offline) or related fields. Knowledge of direct marketing techniques, online technology, current events, and conservative thought is essential.
Communication: Excellent oral and written communication and customer service skills are essential.
Technology: Knowledge of WordPress or similar blog tools, data reporting tools like google analytics, online testing tools like Optimizely or VWO, HTML are highly desirable.
